    Rea’s 12-Week Bikini Body Plan is truly a godsend! Being Vegetarian I’ve always struggled with finding a great meal plan that’s works for me and still has variety. This plan is easy to follow and has so many different meal and snack options that you don’t get bored. Combined with the easy to follow exercise plan this was a fantastic starting point to help me build healthy habits for a healthier life!

    Would 100% recommend this plan to others wanting to switch up their exercise routine. I love a challenge and this plan definitely delivered. Also loved that there was such a variety of exercises – always a surprise :).
    In the past I have struggled to keep to a food plan (due to the food I was prepping consisted on boring and tasteless recipes). Rea’s recipes are so yummy! I was always excited to eat my next meal! Easy to make and maintainable!
